Before you book
Questions people ask.
Will it fit in my vehicle?
The bar is 72″ long, 36″ tall and 20″ deep. It fits in a pickup bed or an SUV with the back seats folded flat. It will not fit in a sedan. If you're not sure, send a photo of your cargo space and we'll tell you straight.
Where do I pick it up?
A residential address in Temecula 92592, near Pechanga. You'll get the exact address and a pickup window by text once your deposit is in.
How far ahead should I reserve?
Two to three weeks for a weekend date, more in spring and fall wedding season. Last-minute dates happen — check the calendar and ask.
What if it rains?
The bar handles a covered patio fine but shouldn't sit out in rain. If the forecast turns, message us and we'll move your date at no charge as long as we hear from you before pickup.
How do I get the deposit back?
Return it wiped down and undamaged and the $60 goes back the same way you paid, usually within 24 hours. Normal scuffs are expected and don't cost you anything.
Can you deliver to Fallbrook, Hemet or San Diego?
Yes. Delivery starts at $50 within 25 miles of Temecula; anything past that adds a travel fee based on distance. Tell us the venue and you'll get a flat number.
Do you provide a bartender or alcohol?
No. This is a furniture rental. You supply the drinks, ice and anyone serving them.
Can I rent both bars for one event?
Often yes — two stations works well for larger receptions. Ask when you request your date and you'll get a combined price.
